ACLM’s Innovators Council brings together leading risk bearing entities, including health systems, health plans, ACOs and large employers, who are united in the pursuit of healthcare transformation achieved through the Quintuple Aim.

COLLECTIVE IMPACT

Innovators Council members work together in a collective impact model to unpack the complex problem of systematic adoption and implementation of lifestyle medicine at-scale through open knowledge exchanges to unearth shared challenges and to develop novel pathways to affect accelerated change.

Members of this by-invitation working council commit to achieving rapid impact at-scale by:

  • Creating, implementing and evaluating lifestyle medicine clinical programs
  • Expanding lifestyle medicine-trained and certified clinical networks
  • Designing and conducting rigorous lifestyle medicine research around the quintuple aim

Eligibility: To be considered for the Innovators Council, organizations must fall into one of four categories: health system, health plan, ACO, self-insured employer. Inquire for more details.

Each Innovators Council participant is expected to:

  1. Be vested in ACLM’s vision to create a world wherein lifestyle medicine is the foundation of health and all health care
  2. Agree to align around the four areas of impact: education, programming, research and communications and advocacy
  3. Demonstrate leadership in the field through public support of lifestyle medicine
  4. Innovate within your organization to proactively demonstrate alignment around the four areas of impact
  5. Attend and actively participate in four quarterly meetings annually
  6. Actively participate in conversations outside of formal meetings (such as via online discussion threads and video calls) to share knowledge and expertise
  7. Agree to participate on the Innovators Council for a three-year term and to support ACLM financially and/or through at-scale education that meets a minimum threshold

Eligibility:

Financial Support

Innovators Council members agree to a three-year engagement that includes financial support in the amount of $90,000 total or $35,000 per year for three years. Alternatively, Innovators Council members may meet financial expectations through mutually agreed-on education pathways that meet at-scale training and/or certification goals.

  • Listing as an Innovators Council member on ACLM website (includes company logo, company description, website link, and optional video)
  • Ability to include ACLM Innovators Council logo on your website, in social media, sales sheets, etc. to share your “why” for aligning with LM broadly
